What can we help with?

Occupational therapists cover a lot! At Grow Together, we have training to provide support on building independence skills, toileting, behaviour, social and play skills, fine/gross motor and mealtimes. We also work collaboratively with other therapists to ensure a multidisciplinary approach is used.

Assessment

We provide a range of comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays. Our assessment process is completed over multiple sessions and in the child’s different environments (e.g. home & kindy). We include all key stakeholders in your childs life.

Clinic based

We have a beautiful and colourful clinic ready for your child. Deciding how your child attends therapy (e.g. clinic or home) is your choice!

Intervention

We are extremely passionate about providing evidence based intervention. We are huge advocates for The Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). Its a wonderful intervention combining developmental and behavioural approaches, while being super fun and child led! It has a huge evidence base (ask us for more information, we would love to share this great intervention!).

Our treatment plans are created collaboratively and with targeted and specific goals. Your child’s goals will align with your family’s values and meet your child’s developmental needs.

Community

We love doing home visits and are happy to come to you!

We also provide therapy at early leaning centres around the Sunshine Coast. We may be able to attend school based appointments.
